About this spin wheel

Spin the Wheel is a quick random picker for lists where every option should have an equal chance. Use it for classroom names, lunch choices, chores, meeting icebreakers, raffle-style draws, or any lightweight decision where a visible spin makes the choice feel transparent.

The wheel accepts line-separated or comma-separated options, updates as you edit, and shows the selected result after the spin animation finishes.

Example uses

Enter names for a classroom picker, chores for a household wheel, restaurants for dinner decisions, or tasks for a standup rotation. Put each option on its own line for the cleanest wheel labels.

How the result is chosen

The tool picks one option from the current list and rotates the wheel so that option lands on the pointer. Each visible option is treated as one equal entry.

FAQ

Are my wheel options uploaded?

No. The options are stored only in the page while you use it, and the random selection runs in your browser.

Can I add names and choices together?

Yes. The wheel treats every line or comma-separated item as one equal option, whether it is a person, task, place, or idea.

Does every option have the same chance?

Yes. Each visible option is one equal entry. If you want an option to be more likely, add it more than once.

How many options should I add?

The wheel works best with 2 to 24 short options. Longer lists are trimmed so the visual wheel remains readable.
