1. What LocalMini provides

LocalMini.app provides lightweight browser tools for general productivity, creative, formatting, file, text, image, PDF, QR, and everyday utility tasks.

The tools are intended for general use only. They are not designed for professional, regulated, safety-critical, legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, security, or compliance workflows.

2. Best-effort tools

LocalMini tools are provided on a best-effort basis.

Tool results may be affected by:

• browser limitations
• device memory
• file size
• file format differences
• input quality
• third-party browser APIs
• platform compatibility
• network or hosting availability

LocalMini does not guarantee that every output will be error-free, smaller, complete, compatible with every platform, or suitable for every specific use case.

You should always review and verify outputs before relying on them, especially in important workflows.

3. Local and browser-based processing

Some LocalMini tools are designed to process files, text, images, PDFs, QR codes, or other inputs directly in your browser.

Where a tool is clearly marked as local or browser-based, the intended function is that the selected content is processed on your device and is not intentionally uploaded to a LocalMini application server for processing.

You remain responsible for deciding what files, text, links, QR content, and other inputs you use with the tools.

4. User responsibility

You are responsible for your use of LocalMini.app and for any content you open, paste, generate, convert, compress, scan, edit, download, or otherwise process using the site.

You agree not to use LocalMini.app to:

• break the law or encourage illegal activity
• process stolen, unauthorized, or unlawfully obtained content
• handle passwords, private keys, API keys, tokens, or credentials
• bypass paywalls, paid services, access controls, or technical restrictions
• create or distribute malware, phishing material, scams, or harmful content
• infringe intellectual property rights
• harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm others
• overload, attack, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the site
• use the tools in a way that could damage LocalMini.app or other users

5. No professional advice

LocalMini.app does not provide legal, medical, tax, financial, investment, accounting, engineering, security, or other professional advice.

Any calculators, converters, checkers, summaries, or generated outputs are provided for general informational and productivity purposes only.

You should verify results independently before making decisions or taking action based on them.

6. Files, outputs, and downloads

You are responsible for checking any file, output, text, code, image, QR code, PDF, or download created with LocalMini tools.

LocalMini does not guarantee that generated files will be accepted by every platform, meet a specific technical standard, preserve all formatting, or remain compatible with future software versions.

You should keep your own backups of important files.

7. Third-party services, ads, and links

LocalMini.app may include links to third-party websites, embedded services, advertising, analytics, or other external resources.

Third-party services are controlled by their own providers and may have their own terms, privacy policies, cookies, tracking technologies, and data practices.

LocalMini is not responsible for third-party websites, services, ads, or external content.

The site may also be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, errors, hosting issues, browser changes, security measures, or other reasons.

LocalMini does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Intellectual property

LocalMini.app, including its design, branding, text, layout, tool interfaces, and site structure, is owned by or licensed to the operator of LocalMini.app unless otherwise stated.

You may use the tools for their intended purpose, but you may not copy, resell, reproduce, or redistribute the site or its tools as a competing service without permission.

You retain responsibility for the content you choose to process with the tools.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LocalMini.app is provided as is and as available.

LocalMini is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses resulting from your use of the site, including loss of data, loss of files, business interruption, inaccurate outputs, compatibility problems, or reliance on tool results.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Use of LocalMini.app is also subject to the LocalMini Privacy Policy, which explains how privacy, local processing, cookies, analytics, advertising, and contact-related data are handled.

These Terms may be updated as LocalMini.app develops.

When the Terms are changed, the Last updated date should be revised. Continued use of LocalMini.app after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
